The PUMS data has several hundred columns, most of which have titles that are defined by the Census Dept. and have non-obvious meanings. Adding descriptive information to the meta.columns table should help users decode their meanings.

The OFM housing data used by Growth staff reflects the annual increase in housing, not the raw housing counts as stored in the OFM April 1 dataset. This task is to produce a view to replicate the spreadsheet 09_13_ofm_april1_housing_2010-19.xlsx

Make sure the data dictionary is up-to-date for OFM data.

Write up a wiki page describing the organization of the CHAS tables.

Import the PUMS data for the region, with any coded values resolved to their English-language meanings.

Some columns in the PUMS housing and persons tables (ADJINC, to name one) are defined as having implied decimal places. Thus a value encoded as 1002033 is to be read as 1.002033. These columns need to have the decimal explicitly placed in Elmer.
