@copper-head or @MattHJensen let me know what you had in mind here. It would not be too difficult to put some boilerplate .rst files in here and make it so that python setup.py build_sphinx builds the documentation. We can also host the docs on https://readthedocs.org/

TJ, we were thinking we'd need some more user-friendly documentation than just what's in a README. The first thing that came to my mind was Sphynx. We should talk about this more for sure!
