I need to update the requirements.txt (or at least look over them to make sure the stuff is there).
I also need to make sure all the files required for the bot to work on heroku are up to date and working.

The flair system and the common repost checker will run in a forever running while loop.
Sunday sbubday will have to run on some sort of scheduler, possibly build off of the while loop.

Can also create a dispatcher for both running the flair system/common repost every minute and the Sunday things every Sunday.
This brings up a new issue: Should the common repost machine run on the schedule or using submission stream (see praw docs for what this is I'm lazy)

Magic eye bot comment checker poses a ton of problems -- it may not be worth it to do this.

How much Karma modmail -- this can be set up with a IFTTT AutoMod activating the bot, this (or a similar solution) is the only good way I can think of to get this to work.

This issue is mostly for me to see how shit's going and voice some thoughts
The other guy was going to work on it, but he didn't get anywhere so I gotta do that too, he left some work with image hashing which I might be able to just use by hashing all the common reposts, the post I'm checking, and then compare those.
This method might be good enough as a starting point, and then get some more work done/better algorithm so we can rely on the bot to be able to remove reposts and not get too many false positives.
