It looks like ProtoBuf.js has not been loaded with Long.js which it inherits from ByteBuffer.js. You can test if int64 support is available if the value of ProtoBuf.Long is not undefined.

You are running this in the browser, right? If so, make sure to include Long.js, ByteBuffer.js and then ProtoBuf.js in that exact order.

If you are already doing this, it might be a bug. You can try setting ProtoBuf.Long and/or ByteBuffer.Long to dcodeIO.Long manually as a workaround. Let me know.
