With the current implementation whenever I upsert a nil value or [] value, it sends an empty string to Salesforce. And Salesforce just ignores the String instead of setting the value blank. The Salesforce docs mention that in order to set a value blank, the value should be set to #N/A. It would be great if this gem could support this. Thanks!

For really large data sets, it would be nice to be able to pass in a block to the query method and have it return a batch of csv rows to process before continuing on with the rest of the results.

e.g. If I want to query over 500,000 records with all of their fields, it can easily overwhelm the memory usage on my computer.

In order to login correctly, a parameter hash for login would be much better

Something like

Any plans to add Authentication via Omniauth to this gem so don't have to use a salesforce.com user license to access SFDC?
