環境構築の手順通りに、Dockerを起動し、ローカルでサイトを表示してみましたが、３D点群マッチング機能のデモで、マニュアルと同様に、サンプルのLAS（08NE3801_06.las）を指定して建物を検索しても、「Plataeu 建物が見つかりません。」となってしまいます。
Dockerのログを見ると、「範囲内に 13 件の Plateau 建物があります。」とあるので、LAS読み込みと範囲内検索は成功しているようにみえますが、その後の処理でうまく動作してないようです。

解決方法を教えて頂けると助かります。

I tried to create building data for another area from Plateau CityGML locally based on the documentary. When I was doing data conversion step and run :"$ docker compose exec pg15 psql -U postgres -f /conf/01_convert_plateau.sql', the terminal displays the following and stays there for a long time (>1.5h)

SELECT 113691
DROP TABLE
CREATE TABLE

I try to install the matching webAPI locally according to your document, but the download link (https://github.com/Project-PLATEAU/PLATEAU-UC22-008-Building-matching-WebAPI/archive/refs/heads/main.zip) of code is not accessible.
