In the book you demonstrate (p.109) Ninject using EBuy solution - but there is no code for this?

Solution wont open on VS2010, so I installed VS2012 where it doesn't want to compile.
Seems like there is a lot of dependencies that is not described in the comments?

while running the application i am getting below error message
Cannot attach the file ...\Ebuy.Website\App_Data\Ebuy.DataAccess.EbuyDataContext.mdf' as database 'Ebuy.DataAccess.EbuyDataContext'.

can you please share the MDF file??? it is not available in the shared solution.
Currently i am going through the book and need the working code sample to establish my understanding. Without the DB i can not proceed

I downloaded zip file from github. Managed to compile after fixing references with nuget. However, aspnet-Ebuy.Website-20120930232619.mdf is only membership database. Where is real data ? I mean, for the existing github codebase can we see the search result like on page 169 figure 8-3

Usually a book about programming have code that is relevant for each chapter. But with this book I only see one final code - EBuy which doesn't even compile. Do you have plans for adding source code that is relevant to each chapter?

Cannot build due to the item.key --- remove the .key and it will build.

With chapter 5 being as dryer than a nuns nasties is quit hard to follow, especially when it comes to the code examples.

When starting to look at Ninject you dont say where I should be entering this code, then after looking at the code example find that the code in the book does not match the code that you have written.

Is this code \ chapter just an information thing of is it something I need to place into ebuy.website as the book does not say, unless im missing something quite obvious
