It should not be possible for a user with no valid email to begin password recovery
Academic Tutors who are assigned as an "Other" Assessor are denied access.
While Academic Tutors have a permission to perform assessments in their own right, they might be assigned as an "other" assessor, but currently they are denied access to the assessment.
There should be an override to allow assessors to have more time to redo an assessment
Currently assessors have 24 hours to refine an assessment before it becomes read only. There should be an override for this.
