We have your own podcast about C++. We made a first record in July, but we didn't published it yet.
Proposed changes (in branch "podcasts"):

• 1. Add to main page, in section "Projects" the word "Podcasts"
• 2. Add a new catalog "/podcasts/" in repo;
• 3. Create a simple index.html with base HTML5 boilerplate, header, link to record stored in pro.cxx Yandex.Disk and a brief description.

Create a simple JSON into the /podcasts folder with the following scheme:

Type PodcastRecord

I don't sure about name and description i18n. Write in comments your opinions.

In fact, there are simple CSS and Disqus that need to add.
