how do i create a new registration

Migration

A particular table wont migrate. Update fields on subjects table.
Illuminate\Database\QueryException
SQLSTATE column not found:1054 unknown column.

Issue on the Vue Part of the project

Some of the project that deal with Vue are not working. below are the places noticed so far.

Add Teacher doesn't populate the subjects
All the Font-Awesome icon are not displaying
Add Question is not working
Add Examination is not working
