Server to client validation

This works brilliantly for events/messages sent from clients to the server. It would be equally great if we could validate packets before they are sent to sparks.

I realize this could be handled with a plugin or middleware, but it seems to suit this package.

An in-range update of ws is breaking the build 🚨
