Thanks to further insight into the MediaWiki API it's possible to retrieve registration date and edit count as part of the blockinfo for a particular user. This has already been done in previous commits, and the authenticated MW user now has this information attached, it's just exposing and conditioning it.

Primarily for games that we intend to purchase but no interest has been raised for. Will never happen with codes we source from PR or otherwise, these will go to System as usual if not assigned.
