Fout in boek par.2.2

In het boek staan in par.2.2 (pagina 17) de prioriteitsregels && en || in de verkeerde volgorde. && gaat voor ||

checkup of the "globals" explanations

Parts 111 and 112 describe the interactions between variables in different scopes. A choice should be made on how to present the materials. The behaviours in C and Python are quite different. What can we explain without focusing on either language? Or should we describe aspects that are specific to one language after all, because they can be confusing?
