feature request: log file which records all app updates, done by PortableAppsUpdater.exe

The VirtualDub Portable Plugins Pack appconfig is missing from this repo.

Also, separate, but related. The VirtualDub Portable page on PortableApps.com has a "More info." link that points to http://fcchandler.home.comcast.net/~fcchandler/index.html, which has apparently been a dead link since 2012.
Most recent archived version I could find is http://web.archive.org/web/20120905231420/http://fcchandler.home.comcast.net/~fcchandler/index.html

While I've noticed this on Opera GX, it may affect the other Opera versions you have made portable app versions for.

Steps:

1. Have the Rockstar launcher installed and running (notice, this runs as Launcher.exe in task manager).
2. Download, extract, and open Opera GX.

Expected behavior:
Should open fine.

Actual Behavior:
Says that Opera GX has already been launched (is falsely detecting the Rockstar Launcher as being Opera GX).
