docerator's Introduction

You can find documentation for docerator.py at
http://code.google.com/p/docerator/ .

docerator.py needs to be in the same directory as makeicns to work. makeicns
uses the IconFamily library by Troy Stephens
( http://iconfamily.sourceforge.net/ ).

Instead of using the commandline script, you can also use the GUI Docerator.app.
Docerator.app was written by Sveinbjorn Thordarson.

Makeicns Doesn't Preserve The Aspect Ratio Of The Icon. 

What steps will reproduce the problem?
makeicns -in myfile.jpg

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I've attached files of the expected output and the actual output

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
makeicns v1.1 (20090413). OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard.


Please provide any additional information below.
I used Icon Composer to produce the expected output.

1. Selected an .icns file containing my app icon
2. Pressed Create Icons and selected a folder

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expected to have the icons created, but no icons were written to disk

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

1.0 on OS X 10.8.3
