Indeed, CommitFile was missing REQUIRED_CREATE_FIELDS, and so wouldn't work on
3.6. I've added it, and committed the fix to bzr:

modified lib/CommitFile.pm
Committed revision 21.
You can get a fixed version by checking out a new version from that repo or
wait until I release 0.2 (which may be a few weeks).
