Project's goal unclear
I was looking into installing a devpi for my company and was pointed to this project.
After reading the README I could not understand what it intended to do, how it could be useful to me.
I was suggested it can be used to get dependency information from package metadata which is a nice thing to have when you consider the time wasted looking for setup.py or requirements.txt.
If this information is correct, please reformulate project description as it is not clear at all.
