Reconstructed file

could you please provide a link to reconstructed.mat file? it is used in main.m in testing folder

How the blocksize impacts on the final score?

My own training data is too small to use the blocksize=64, so I set it to 10 at both training and testing time, resulting in a pretty small score=0.54.
When I use the 'templateModel_AVIRIS.mat' you offered, the score is 15.05, by setting the blocksize as 64, keeping the same as your training procedure.
I'd like to know is this a normal phenomenon?
