The title of Section 7 should be 'Transcript Isoform Expression Prediction (TIEP)'. Also add '(GEP)' to the title of Section 6.

In Section 6.1, you need to clarify that the required files are present for the demo.

Section 1: The last word in the first paragraph should be 'isoforms'.

Section 7.3: section names should be italicised and preferably with a link to the section.

Section 1: The first sentence of the second paragraph should read, 'The MaLTE framework supplements conventional algorithms with a supervised learning approach between a gold standard and probe fluorescence intensities'.

In the same paragraph the word 'HTS' appears without definition.

Caption for Fig. 1 should include 'f(x)' in the reference to a supervised learning algorithm.

Section 4: split Installation into 'Download' and actual installation

Section 6.2.1: 'Header' and 'Structure' are not typeset in bold.

Section 7.2.4: The filenames under 'Generic designation' must be in italics.
