Add the ability to fetch categories of the specific page

Implement fetch method. Handle http codes (correct and incorrect ones).
Make the fetch function which will sign the requests with the token

CORS is enabled for almost all routes. Disable It.

The page does not contain the viewport metatag, so It is not optimized for mobile browsers. Add this tag.
