As per https://git.minetest.org/minetest-LOTR/Lord-of-the-Test/commit/b038e07058edfa45f3aa1caf177c278be97f6ffe, .gitattributes should contain:

*.x linguist-vendored

Manually convert subpoints from changelog (such as minetest.org/changes.html) into JSON objects such as (multiple entries can have the same version):

• as can be mod, modpack, or program
• when a commit is made to the project matching "what" and the version matches any version in the list above, append "description" to the commit description (Since it is a list, ensure that it is not noted earlier: don't append to the commit description if it already contains description).
