In console homepage, all the components are displayed in a colored block structure with info, help and settings icon. Each component's block color is representing the health status of that component. For opentsdb, there is only one URL is present on UI which is redirecting to opentsdb page at present. Opentsdb doesn't have any info, setting or help button. Neither its health status is being displayed on console homepage.

When user click on "More Info" link on applications page, he can see that status of various sub components of an application. It is required to link the job of application to relevant yarn resource manager job.

Note the _blank reference. Also under firefox the on the main page clicking on kafka (I) doesnt list the brokers.

Issue description: As of now, "More Info" link is coming in a separate row on Applications page. Since this link provide the information about the status of various sub-component of application, so we require this link to appear just adjacent to status of application, instead of new line.

An Oozie coordinator job does not support the "start" action. When a user tries to start a coordinator job, we get the following error in the Ozzie log:
Invalid parameter value, [action] = [start]

Therefor, the application pane should detect whether the job is an Oozie workflow/coordinator and disable the "start" button in case the application is a coordinator job.
