Could not load file or assembly Microsoft.VisualStudio.Threading, Version=16.4.0.0

Hello there,
I have encoutered error while using your plugin.
In fact I cannot use it due to this error.

Current behaviour

I've tried to open newly installed plugin.

Expected behaviour

Plugins options opens without exception

Steps to reproduce

open git extesions after install -> Pluins -> click on plugin AzureDevOpsCommitMessage

WRN: Assembly binding logging is turned OFF.
To enable assembly bind failure logging, set the registry value [HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fusion!EnableLog] (DWORD) to 1.
Note: There is some performance penalty associated with assembly bind failure logging.
To turn this feature off, remove the registry value [HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fusion!EnableLog].
