This project was setup with Mapbox, via this example: https://docs.mapbox.com/help/tutorials/use-mapbox-gl-js-with-react/

as of 8/11/23 this is just a start-- webpack dev server runs the project.

However in the near future, i will set this project up so that its based on a static expressjs server, within docker.
