Asign Agent to ticket creates error message

Bug report

Issue Description

When assigning a agent the UI displays a error.

Preconditions

Could be Microsoft app related.

Expected result

The agent should be assigned and a success message shown.

Actual result

The agent is assigned but a error message is displayed.

Answer won't reopen Ticket

Bug report

Issue Description

The agent answers and closes the ticket. If the customer replies to this answer, the ticket is not reopened.

Preconditions

Could be specific to Microsoft App connection

Steps to reproduce

  1. Send mail to create ticket
  2. Agent answers to ticket with "close" option.
  3. Customer replies to the agent

Expected result

The ticket should be marked as open

Actual result

The ticket is still closed and the mailbox import has the error "Null response received".

Some Mails will not be sent with Outlook Modern Auth

Issue Description

Using Outlook Modern Auth, some mails are not sent. For example: assigning new agent.

Preconditions

Outlook Modern Auth

Steps to reproduce

Assign Ticket to Agent

Expected result

The Agent should receive a mail

Actual result

No mail is sent.

Reply won't trigger Mail to agent

Answering a assigned ticket won't trigger a Mail to the assigned agent with Microsoft App.

Expected result

There should a mail be sent.

Actual result

No mail is sent and the cronjob gets a "null response received" error.

New Ticket from CC not working

Bug report

Issue Description

Using "CC" to the uvdesk mailbox results in error

Expected result

A new ticket should be created.

Actual result

refresh-mailbox will result in this error:

API https://support.wirhub.de/mailbox/outlook/listener
