I am following the step-by-step instructions (via https://plos.github.io/ambraproject/Quickstart-Guide.html) to install Ambra.

A quick question: Once I complete the installation, what will be the URLs to launch the Ambra Journal setup page (for editor to set up the journal) and front end page (for general visitors to view the Journal)?

I am installing Ambra, and am struggling with the following error message. It appears to be related to database connection.

contentrepo_1 | ERROR 2003 (HY000): Can't connect to MySQL server on 'repodb' (111 "Connection refused")

rhino_1 | ERROR 2003 (HY000): Can't connect to MySQL server on 'ambradb_demo' (111 "Connection refused")

rhino_1 | ERROR 1451 (23000) at line 1: Cannot delete or update a parent row: a foreign key constraint fails (ambra.articleIngestion, CONSTRAINT fk_articleIngestion_2 FOREIGN KEY (journalId) REFERENCES journal (journalId) ON DELETE NO ACTION ON UPDATE NO ACTION)

Can you please provide some insight? Really appreciate your help!

When content-repo.war is deployed to the tomcat and accessed content-repo with the url http://localhost:8080/content-repo/ it redirected to http://localhost:8080/content-repo/docs which causes 404 in the server.

While accessing directly http://localhost:8080/content-repo/docs/ (difference is the last slash) it works perfectly.

I am trying to deploy this system on Microsoft Azure with the Ubuntu VM,after successfully clowning and deploying the app to the portal,It cant load the web page and I have the error as seen on this url http://ambrastack.azurewebsites.net. I used Kudu to deploy the .war files too. Could anyone help on how the system is being installed as the documentation provided has a lot of instructions but no detail as to which or what should be done first.
