Extend to 3D

Currently compos only works in 2D. Extend the code to 3D.

Test case 3: rotated and magnified shape

Take a shape and rotate and magnify it. Choose a point on the original shape and find the corresponding location on the rotated/magnified shape.

Test case 2: Magnified geometry

Take a shape and magnify it. Choose a point on the original shape and show that the corresponding point on the dilated shape is the same.

Find the "optimal" landmark

Given a set of shapes determine the "optmial" location of the landmark. This should be based on anatomical characteristics on the surface of the bone.

Provide build instructions for compos

pip install compos?

Handle missing data

Take a shape and remove a notch. Choose a location on the original shape and try to find the corresponding location on the shape with a missing part.

Test case 1: same geometry but rotated

This test case takes a geometry and rotates it. Choose a point on the original shape and show that the corresponding point on the rotated specimen is the same.
