request never ends

I'm trying to use the node client with several plesk servers. With linux servers it's working fine but with a windows server (Windows 2008R2, Plesk Onyx latest version) the request it's never ending

This is the code:

const pleskApi = require('plesk-api-client')

let login = ''
let password = ''
let request = 
<packet>
  <server>
    <get_protos/>
  </server>
</packet>

let client = new pleskApi.Client('****')
client.setCredentials(login, password)
client.request(request, (response) => {
    console.log(response)
})

Trying the same example with bash and curl works fine:

This last answers:

Is there any way to debug what's going on in the request call?
