It is required to store the code bases on a daily bases to Azure Storage. To standardize the process, we should create a Cron Trigger Yaml pipeline.

Create a Yaml file and a GitHub Action that runs on a Cron Trigger and when there are changes to the Develop, QA, Stage, and Master branches.
