Deprecated Constructors

Currently there are many deprecated constructors (v2.0.0) which are marked for removal.
These constructors will NOT get removed, but their visibility will change from public to protected, because there are now builders for every component in the API!
This means that you can still use them for inheritance, but not for instantiation!

Better Interaction Management

The onInventoryClick in GUI has to get better and more abstract.

There should be EventHandlers which GUISections can register. This helps implementing GUISections that need their own event logic, e.g. TransferGUIPane
There is a Default Event Handlers registered. The one for GUIButtons.
The EventHandlers should have a priority, and if one EventHandler did something, the following should not get executed.
