Each garbage collection is consuming about 25ms. This is resulting in the pause of the reader and other threads for that while, thus slowing the USB reader speed. This becomes significant for higher FPS.

This could be a possible fix for the garbage collection issue. Maintain multiple imageViews spanning different vertical portions of a frame. Update only imageViews whose data is changed in the Frame buffer. Smaller imageView updates and lower garbage.

A separate thread for decompression is always decoding the last added item to the compressed frame data queue. Also, this is resulting missing lines in the frame.
