Source changes require manual collector restart

Modification of existing JSON files which control source definitions do not take effect until after the next collector restart. At the moment, the module does not notify the collector service to effect this restart, so changes via Puppet do not take immediate effect.

Forge Update

The forge is currently 1.1.0, as is master, but there are tags as high as 1.2.1. Could you please publish the latest to the forge? Thanks.

automaticDateParsing boolean and quotes

It looks Sumo is requiring a that the automaticDateParsing boolean not be in quotes. When enclosed in quotes at appears to be defaulting back to true in the Sumologic collector configuration.

When quotes are removed from the JSON file and the collector restarted it switchs back to false.
