Error occur in homerwork 3 by spark

I use window thru anaconda install spark in Jupyter, when i initialize spark and action (see below picture), then error come out(even i study a lot of contents from stackflow and GitHub but still useless to fix it):

Spark command

Duplicated Folder

"Part 1" and "Part 3" folders are duplicates. I would like to contribute to this repo and fix this. Furthermore, since "part 2" folder is the Data Wrangling section (The first section in the course), it should be called part 1.
