For the just color scheme you can go to the Extensions and search pirate-theme
Full instalation is possible via the Settings Sync. It will loads: settings options, extensions, theme, etc.
Steps to full installation:
- Install
Settings Syncextension - Press Shift + Alt + D it will ask your GitHub Gist ID
