• Write conversion from DNA to RNA

These are steps for running project:

git clone https://github.com/PiotrTrybala/RNADNADecoderRust.git
cd RNADNADecoderRust
cargo build && cargo run

To access api on port 8000 (or any specified) by url:

<your ip address>:8000/api/v1/decoder

and you have to provide json body:

{
  "input": "<your RNA or DNA sequence>"
}

To use docker, first you have to build the dockerfile.

For that command is: sudo docker -t decoder:latest .

Then after build process is done, you have to run the container with command:

sudo docker run -p 5000:8000 -d --name "decoder" --ip 172.17.0.3 decoder:latest
