Compilation issues
Hi,
I'm encountering linking issues when compiling on Linux, related to the initialization of some constants:
test_fixed_point.cpp.o: In function `libq::fixed_point<int, 8ul, 8ul, 0, libq::overflow_exception_policy, libq::underflow_exception_policy>::least()':
libq/fixed_point.hpp:225: undefined reference to `libq::fixed_point<int, 8ul, 8ul, 0, libq::overflow_exception_policy, libq::underflow_exception_policy>::least_stored_integer'
test_fixed_point.cpp.o: In function `libq::fixed_point<int, 8ul, 8ul, 0, libq::overflow_exception_policy, libq::underflow_exception_policy>::largest()':
libq/fixed_point.hpp:211: undefined reference to `libq::fixed_point<int, 8ul, 8ul, 0, libq::overflow_exception_policy, libq::underflow_exception_policy>::largest_stored_integer'
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
I tested with GCC 7.2.1 and clang 4.0.1 (on Fedora 27), tried C++11/14/17 levels.
The code looks valid to me, any idea what could cause this ?

Remove Exponent of the pre-scaling factor
