Allow nil target name to build without inclusion
This would be handy for compositions where the recipe builds other files but not a file itself. Allows a capture pattern to build a set of files without entering misc configs into the package file.
Add a check_status(on/off)
Or similar. The idea is to be able to turn on and off check status for a given section of code. Even open up block usage. The function only needs to be printed once; mainly this will toggle the internal flag.
