Look into distributing(?) cuetip with eyeglass. Will have to research into the gory details but will likely need updates to the Gulp pipeline and other small tweaks.

webtask.io is no longer–I've known it's been on life support for a while, but it now appears to be totally dead.

I'd lean towards replacing with Cloudflare Workers. https://workers.cloudflare.com/

As per this discussion, consider the a11y of using aria-label as the content (i.e. content: attr(aria-label)) of the tooltip. Would require changes with the configuration variables, in particular $cuetip-namespace and $cuetip-class-prefix. Docs would also need to be updated across the board.

Backwords incompatible changes would mean a major version bump.
