I know this is "Starter projects", but I am wondering if I can add a Pinax app for an existing project instead of creating a new one

update.sh should not be included in a concrete project after starting

This would be to enable download stat tracking

the READMEs assume it but the CLI doesn't make it so. It should.

If pinax start account mysite used with Python 2.7 it creates a project with Django 2.0.
But Django 2.0 requires Python 3.

Nest the current structure in a `projects` key and add a `version` key that the client can then check.

It would be nice after a projects --start to end up in the project directory.

From user commentary in Pinax Slack, it's not obvious how to determine the current version of a Pinax application. Either poke around the source on github, or know enough to look at PyPi, neither option is quite as simple as invoking an "apps" command with pinax-cli.

$ pinax apps would simply list the current released Pinax applications and their latest versions. Perhaps something like:

Should require that you be running in a virtualenv / pyenv
