Hi Rob,

Yeah this is certainly not right. I guess that I couldn't make up my mind about what to use. Let me fix this tonight or tomorrow.

Thank you for reporting this issue here!

Hi Pike: just report, concerning v12.2, -cpu type ( note [1] ) okay now, solved great ;)

Hi Rob,

Thank you for this confirmation, but I cannot reproduce your second issue. All is fine here when I use:

./ssdtPRGen.sh -c 0 -m MacPro6,1 -b Mac-F60DEB81FF30ACF6

from ssdtprgen.sh.

Hi Pike,

Just checked, sorry the error is still there for me, it could be the fact i actually run the script on Sandy Bridge, somewhere the script picking that up, don know!!!

generating with -c 0 (Sandy Bridge) seems not okay
[command] sudo ./ssdtPRGen-12.2.sh -c 0 -m MacPro6,1 -b Mac-F60DEB81FF30ACF6

Right. Mac-F60DEB81FF30ACF6 is not a supported Sandy Bridge processor model and that is why you get that error message. I guess we better change the text into something like:
"Error: board-id [Mac-F60DEB81FF30ACF6] not supported – check SMBIOS data / use -s 'Sandy Bridge' to see all supported board-id/model combinations.

Hi Pike, indeed MacPro is Ivy Bridge type CPU, it's more a kind of warning then, so the NEW error message suits better, case/issue closed ;)
