I am sorry for the inconvenience. As a quick fix, you could check a release instead of latest development (e.g. the 1.6.2 tag) and it should work.
BlockMap compiles for me, but I haven't tried to build it on Java 14 yet so that may be the cause. I'll look into it.

No worries. I completely understand.
After checking out 1.6.2, I am getting the same error.

Okay, that's good to know. I'll try to get some JDK 14 installation somehow and test it. In the mean time, you may want to try if it works on older JDK versions.

This is an issue with Gradle not supporting Java 14: gradle/gradle#10248
It has been resolved, so it should work when using latest Gradle. I'll update the wrapper.
