Can I get the message channels that I'm not their admin?
I want write a script that read message from other chanel and write to
my chanel.
I can do it?

That "" in email.

I would like to be able to restrict users based upon the telegram group that they are in. (i.e. only succeed if user is member of a specific group).

How to implement profile photo downloading.

Get the file_id from that, and go to:

https://api.telegram.org/bot<token>/getFile?file_id=<FILE_ID>

Then get the file_path from that and go to:

https://api.telegram.org/file/bot<token>/<file_path>

Download it, and serve downloaded file URL to user.
