dunstrc was not placed; in a minimal install there's no default notification daemon.

There are lots of overlapping features between lubuntu and debian packages, but it's not precisely 1-1 and a minimum install of Debian is missing a number of important packages. To name a few from memory:

x11-xserver-utils
adduser
sudo

This issue tracks allowing multiple resources (packages, git instructions, setup commands) to be specified in a group label.

i.e.
[lubuntu, debian, xubuntu]

...so we can specify common packages while also isolating distro-specific ones.
