The holy grail...

When the app is installed, it should place gt as a file in the root directory, so the developer can run php gt something

Currently everything is output, but it would be great to only show INFO and below, for example.

When the repo is 3 days old (pre-release) or 30 days old (production), display a message in the terminal:

The gt command was last updated X days ago - run "gt self-update" to update.

Underscores are OK, but hyphens should be allowed.

The PHP.Gt/Database package is ahead of the gt migrate command, and we're missing some vital features for using SQLite.

Dependabot needs to be tamed, as per PhpGt/WebEngine#568

This is just an alternative to gt create, but it would be useful when teaching, because page/index.html will be viewable in a browser without a server, but as soon as you want to do anything dynamic, gt init and gt run will be required.

gt serve commonly fails for me, if I've left another server running somewhere... but the error isn't handled, so it needs thinking about.

If there's a failure creating the project, this should trip the gt create process up - instead it continues as if there wasn't an issue.

Currently, the "perfect path" includes answering yes to "Do you want to run your application now?", but this is currently unimplemented.
