A currently requirement I have on a project is to sort a lot of different names - it would be really useful to put these in their own directory, rather than prefixing everything in the same directory.

FileAccess::setData should check whether the directory needs creating for the $filePath, not just $this->dirPath.

It would be super useful to have type safety in the caches, rather than treating everything as mixed, but it's probably going to be likely to use classes heavily in the cache, so this issue is dependent on PhpGt/TypeSafeGetter#4.

In the example directory, 01-latlon.php makes an HTTP call, but what if the curl process times out, or what if the response isn't valid JSON?

It might be useful to be able to cache null, so simply returning null might not be the best solution. A better solution might be to throw a CacheValueGenerationException, which can be internally caught and ignored.

The method getClass has been renamed to getInstance. This needs to be managed here.

Dependabot needs to be tamed, as per PhpGt/WebEngine#568

When constructing the Cache object, pass in a default cache time that will affect the default time for all calls to get* methods.
