Add more clear rule about "Hacking topics".

Additionally for better overview of the future possible requests and issues a few templates are coming up:

• Pull request template
  and
• Issue template

There is now a new section enabled in the group dedicated for group rules.

Default FB suggested rules also include very good pointers that we might integrate some...

As discussed in Slack because of the recent Blacklisting of webcodes and webcoder, I thought it might be good to have a public Blacklist for the users to see which websites not to share.

Proposed URL: php.earth/blacklist

It should be linked in the Code of Conduct and kept updated when a new Blacklisting happens.

Too many times people offensively suggested Google search engine without realizing the importance of communication and discussion between colleagues. The upcoming group rules patch will literally ban google it answers or at least make better explanation what is a good answer and what not.

GitHub seems to recognize file CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md and similar instead of conduct.md. Renaming of the main document happens after merging current pull requests...

Because people are too dumb to understand the importance of including useful social promotions such as the ones for LGBTQ community, women's rights, and other positive things we will change the group rules so it is more clear that this is encouraged.

Hello, there will be a new dedicated GitHub page for the Code of Conduct at coc.php.earth

Some prerequisites before this will be fully in action:

• Adjustments of the main page PHP.earth theme
• Simplify files in this repository
• Move Code of conduct OG image in this repository
• Fix READMEs
• Fix links in the @phpearth repositores

We have disallowed them but don't actually have anything on record for them as far as I can tell. We can't cite law because it's not the case in all countries. We could theoretically cite FB's anti-discriminatory rules but that'd be hard to make people understand and it'd be simpler to just have a CoC rule. I'll be pushing a proposal for this shortly.

Facebook's hate speech policy.

Hate Speech

Facebook removes hate speech, which includes content that directly attacks people based on their: 

Race,
Ethnicity,
National origin,
Religious affiliation,
Sexual orientation,
Sex, gender, or gender identity, or
Serious disabilities or diseases.

This also doesn't cover ageism in the workforce.

Facebook has this opinionated and mostly very annoying feature for posts also in the groups - backgrounds. They provide nothing but distraction in reading the questions and writing comments. Sometimes if there are too many backgrounds coming to a group and reading posts they are just too much. Until FB provides us with some disabling option for backgrounds in groups let's mention it also in the rules as a posting guideline how not to post.
