Indeed, the reference to PHP-GTK should be removed. I wonder if we should advertize UI which is currently the only extension documented as GUI extension, but is apparently also not really maintained anymore. Alternatively, we could drop the complete list item about desktop applications.

I would not drop desktop applications.
Maybe add FrankenPHP or NativePHP?
I have created desktop apps with electron. Does not work offline (beside cached) but has a tray icon.

Those are two interesting projects! But aren't we talking about two different categories of desktop apps here?
On the one hand, we have native desktop applications that are based on GTK, LIBUI, or so.
On the other hand, we have applications that are based on Electron, Tauri or similar.
Perhaps we should focus more on up-to-dateness or version of the projects?
