Display draft picks

Load teams for the year from NCAA data when bracket is released

Play in teams are picked as one and so should be associated with one another somehow

Load current year bracket when available to make teams available
sort by tourney seed

Include

• team name
• seed
• region
• bracket position (upper/lower and left/right
  note
• ranking may be added later (#7)
• handling play in better is for later (#8)

Tasks:

• Load Teams from DraftApp
• Match by abbreviation
• Add TourneyTeam
• Add bracket position
• Add play in teams

Add current rankings to tourney teams. May include:

• coaches poll
• AP poll
• ESPN
• Net Rank

Implement Current Player and Next Player functions that proceeds in "snake draft" fashion

How it works

• During draft, once a player makes a selection we advance to the next player.
• The last player in the first round is the first player in the next round.
• Order of Players is determined at random and established for the year of the draft (draw cards from a deck)

Implementation Notes

• NextPlayer static on Player model
• current pick sequence saved server side to the current player; previous player is reset when a selection is made
• Pick a tourney team which sets player's pick and advances to the next player

PickTracker

• Sequence (1 to 64)

List of teams to select from
Once a team is selected, disable it
Filter list based on teams available

Configure event logging to track each significant event.
