finalyearproject's Introduction

FinalYearProject

An fork of the annas graph library built by Sam Wilson (https://bitbucket.org/sam_wilson/annas). This library was modified to provide an implementation of Tarjan's decomposition algorithm[1] and recognition, optimal colouring and maximum weight clique algorithms from [2].

finalyearproject's Issues

New Decomposition Data structure

I should probably rebuild the data structure containing the the data about decomposition.
One main issue that has arisen is that the very final leaf is currently listed as a child to it's parent, it should be recognised as a leaf. Consider merging the old decomposition test in order to fix this, Recognition needs modifying though.
