What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. execute any method of CalendarService.cls (for example getCalendarByTitle).
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You get an exception "list index out of bound" because in the line 189 of
GoogleService.cls, the string gsessionid is not in the header.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
last version on summer 13 and winter14 (tested in both and it fails)
Please provide any additional information below.
the login works great, it's after the login when it crashes.
I think google has changed the response url. Is there any workaround?

1. Tried to use the toolkit to retrieve and edit Google Calendars on a Apps
for your domain instance

Expected successful request and xml received, instead got 412
Precondition Failed response from Google and no indicator of the possible
SSL issue.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
After changing the endpoints in the CalendarService class to https, this
resolved the problem. Seems like a good idea to update this either way
since both hosted Google Apps and personal Google logins work with SSL.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Install google api toolkit (as per instruction).
2. Use it in simple demo application like mentioned in
"http://wiki.developerforce.com/page/Google_Data_APIs_Schema_Demo"
3. When the application is executed. It brings the authenticated spreadsheets
from the google drive.
4. Select the appropriate spreadsheet.
5. Select the object to extract.
6. It shows , "Argument 1 cannot be null" error. And application halts
The fix that I found was in the GoogleData Class, getRelLink(xmldom.element e,
string rtype ) method. The line
if( ee.getAttribute('rel') == rtype) had to be changed to
if (ee.getAttribute('rel') == rtype.replace('https','http') and it fixed the
issue.
I am using Salesforce Developer Org, API version 27 and Summer 13 level.
